In the first phase, it performs the function of a shopping center for which it was designed and built.
The second phase depicts the aftermath of an apocalyptic event, which destroyed not so much the building as the lifestyle of the people who had used the center up to that point. People stopped buying goods instead looted whatever they could get their hands on. The building deteriorated due to the forces of nature as well as human activity to serve only as a temporary shelter.
In the third phase, the building's robust reinforced concrete construction attracted a small community, drawn by its defensive qualities. They decided to settle here, repurposing the structure to meet their new needs: defense, housing, food production, and craftsmanship. Who knows-perhaps in the future, it will once again evolve into a local center of trade, albeit in a new form, reflecting the resilience and adaptability of both the building and its inhabitants.
